Reviews
one of the most economical stores to buy on the market, excellent variety of products and at a very good price. very cheap beers.
Aldi Burwood East usually have friendly staff and good prices across the board. Their specials are also good value and go in cycles. I find lately that the fruit and vegetables has improved and am buying more from there than I would in past and less from Woolies as again the price is better. If you want to save money then definitely consider Aldi.
Nice quiet place to shop great staff always friendly. Low cost products great quality products and customer service is excellent. Highly recommend this Aldi for those who like shopping hassle free and quiet.
Located inside the Burwood One Shopping Centre, plenty of parking. One of the larger stores and typical ALDI layout with fairly wide aisles, brightly lit and clearly displayed products. Larger than the average ALDI, there are a range of sometimes heavily discounted catalogue specials that may have run out in other smaller stores.
Pathetic staff at the register All the trolleys were locked and when we asked if we could get a trolley unlocked. The staff at the register refused to do it. We dint have cash on hand, so we told we could swipe our card in exchange for the coin. He refused it as well. We had a toddler and ended up shopping at Coles next door. We'll never shop at Aldi Burwood again!
This store goes down hill. Fruit and vegetables are bruised and cut, packages of many products, e.g. yoghurt or dips, are crushed and dented, with lids coming off. Someone has put them on shelves for customers to sift through. Complete lack of care.
Handy Aldi when the Chadstone shop is closed for renovation. Great parking out front is better than Chadstone.
Had what I needed.
Staff were busy but still had time to help and assist me
Had everything I needed plus more. And they never complained I had my puppy.
Aldi Supermarket really does have value for money grocery shopping compared to the other 2 big competitors.
Of course, not all the Aldi products that are the generic brands taste as good but the bakery items, chips, fruits, vegetables and nuts are definitely good value and taste just as good as the branded ones.
I enjoy coming every Wednesday browsing through their middle aisle where they have different household items, clothes, plants and electrical items which are of great value.
